See detailed information on bookings, payments, cancellations, privacy and responsibility, designed to ensure transparency and serenity throughout your travel with Italdrive.
The customer may cancel a reservation at any time, but unless otherwise specified in writing, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Reservations canceled at least 2 weeks prior to the pickup time will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- Reservations canceled between 2 weeks and at least 72 hours prior to the pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Reservations canceled between 48 hours and at least 24 hours before the pickup time will incur an 80% penalty.
- Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the pickup time or no-shows will incur a 100% penalty.
- We accept complaints and cancellations within 7 days. After 1 week, we are no longer responsible.
